SYNTHETIC BAG FILTERS
Bag filters are filtration systems used to retain dust and particles. They are often used in industrial dust collection systems, vacuum cleaners, air cleaners and other dust control applications. Bag filters are created by assembling bags usually made of fabric, felt or other synthetic materials. These bags trap dust and particles while allowing fresh air to pass through. In dust collection systems, dust is filtered by passing dusty air through it and clean air is released outside. Bag filters are available in different sizes, filtration degrees and material types. A variety of bag filter options are available to suit different industrial applications. Regular maintenance and cleaning of bag filters is important to maintain their effective operation. Additionally, changing filters at regular intervals ensures that dust collection systems and other applications operate efficiently.
In order to increase the filter surface area, the number of pockets and pocket depth can be produced in different sizes depending on the mounting location. They are produced from special polyester synthetic material to achieve low differential pressure and high dust holding capacity. The bags are sealed to the galvanized frame without the use of adhesives.
